1.Order Customization: All our products are crafted with care through Printify's print-on-demand service, ensuring uniqueness for every order. Please note that due to this customization, returns or exchanges cannot be supported for incorrect size, colour choices, or changes of mind.

 

2.Damaged Products or Manufacturing Errors: In the unfortunate event of receiving a damaged product or facing a manufacturing error, Camper Living Tees, in partnership with Printify, offers a free replacement or refund. To initiate this process, contact Camper Living within 30 days of product delivery through our contact form on our website or email camperliving@outlook.co.nz  Attach a clear photo showcasing the issue for prompt assistance.

 

3.Issues Affecting Multiple Products: If the issue extends to multiple products sharing the same design, an additional photo (or video) showing all affected items visible in one frame may be requested for confirmation.

 

4.Order Errors: Camper Living Tees cannot accept responsibility or provide replacements or refunds for orders where customers have selected the wrong size or colour.

 

5.Unsuccessful Deliveries: In the case of an unsuccessful delivery, you have the option to choose either a replacement with an additional charge or a partial refund.

 

6.Print Placement Tolerance: For DTG (Direct-to-Garment) products, a tolerance of 0.5" is permitted for print placement. Minor variations within this range will not be considered as defects.

 

7.Intellectual Property: All content on Camper Living Tees, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Camper Living NZ and protected by international copyright laws.

 

8.Modification of Services: Camper Living Tees reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product, service, or feature without prior notice.

 

9.Governing Law: These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
